By accessing and using the services provided by AA Connect ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement covers all digital products, including landing pages and lead capture tools.
2. Payment Terms
Setup fees are payable in advance. The monthly subscription covers hosting, maintenance, and technical support. Failure to maintain subscription payments may result in the temporary suspension of your digital landing page.
3. Service Use
Our digital cards are intended for professional use. Users are prohibited from using our platform to distribute spam, malicious software, or content that violates UK law.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your digital card will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will be deactivated.
5. Data Privacy
We take data security seriously. Any leads captured through your built-in form are transmitted securely. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. AA Connect acts as a data processor for the leads generated through your landing page. It is your responsibility as the 'Data Controller' to ensure you handle your customers' information in compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we provide the tools to facilitate lead generation, AA Connect does not guarantee a specific volume of leads or business growth. We are not liable for any loss of business or data resulting from service interruptions or user error.
