1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by AA Connect ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement covers all digital products, including web applications, digital landing pages, and direct WhatsApp lead capture tools.
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
Our digital landing pages and progressive web applications are provided for a one-off design and build fee. There are no ongoing monthly software subscriptions or hidden software licensing fees charged by AA Connect. Full payment or agreed deposit terms are required prior to final delivery and deployment of your digital asset.
3. Service Use & Conduct
Our digital products are intended for professional and business use. Clients and users are strictly prohibited from using our platform to distribute unsolicited marketing (spam), malicious software, or any content that violates UK law.
4. Revisions & Support
Your initial design and build package includes full setup, configuration, and testing. Any major structural revisions, complete rebranding, or custom feature add-ons requested after initial project completion and delivery may incur additional fees as agreed upon prior to work commencing.
5. Lead Processing & Data Privacy
We prioritize data protection. Lead generation features (such as WhatsApp integration forms) transfer user-submitted details directly to your designated business contact endpoint. AA Connect acts as a technical solution provider. As the recipient of these leads, you operate as the 'Data Controller' and are responsible for handling, storing, and processing your clients' information in compliance with UK GDPR and data protection regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
AA Connect provides the digital tools, layout, and functionality to facilitate direct customer communication and lead generation. However, AA Connect does not guarantee specific lead volumes, conversion rates, or sales performance. We are not liable for business interruptions, third-party network outages (e.g., messaging services or external hosting providers), or data loss arising outside our direct control.
